Gary attended Georgetown University where he completed a double major in Honors English and Fine Arts with a minor in Psychology, graduating in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He completed the Certified Financial Planner ® education program in 1987, and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
