Phillip Colmar joined BCA in 2002 after completing graduate studies in economics
and finance at Queen's University in Ontario, Canada. Mr. Colmar spent
the first year of his career working as an Analyst with the U.S.
Investment Strategy and U.S. Equity Sectors Strategy teams before moving
on as an Associate Editor for the Global Investment Strategy service. In
July 2006, Mr. Colmar joined BCA's Global Fixed Income service and is
currently a member of BCA's senior editorial team.
