When Sir Armando says that with Fannie Mae, "no investor is safe" I would like to add -- neither is the Appraisal Institute, the Appraisal Foundation, and any realty valuation appraiser who has to lie in the same bed with the banking cartel that rigs the realty valuation gig hoodwinking everyone on Delphi Techniques and Cognitive Dissonance to play to the GSEs and their banking cartel on Wall Street, rigging the markets. But, I am just a barefoot Mississippi Delta country bumpkin who understands the color black, and that most black kettles, really are black.
