If folks are smart, they will probably bail on the stock, and take a closer look at their money market mutual funds to see how much GSE paper is tied to their so called cash money, money market mutual fund which has a great likelihood of having had some money market fund intermediation pulled on it.

Besides Washington Mutual, how many other Big Boy and Fat Cat banks and power brokers have a lot of chump change in the GSEs? Countrywide perhaps? Bank of America perhaps?
