Doug Wakefield

Doug Wakefield, President of Best Minds, Inc. has been in the financial industry for 24 years. Doug received his CFP in 1988, his Masters in Estate Planning in 1997, but his greatest learning has occurred since the spring of 2003. Since that time he has read over 100,000 pages of material and has written more 2000 pages, citing more than 1500 references, that are now in the public domain.

His industry research paper, Riders on the Storm, is one of the few documents written on the topic of short selling. He writes the monthly research newsletter, The Investor's Mind. He is married and has 3 sons.
